I am an Australian artist working with painting, modular formats and quiet symbolic systems to explore memory, familiarity and the way personal experience settles over time.

My practice has evolved from earlier figurative and illustrative work into a more restrained, conceptual language. While the surface has simplified, the narrative impulse remains - translated into fields, edges, interruptions and repeated forms that carry emotional weight without explicit imagery.

I am interested in the tension between what is held and what is disrupted: calm and compression, recognition and abstraction. The modular nature of my work reflects this interest, allowing individual elements to shift, repeat, and reconfigure - much like memory itself.

Alongside my gallery-facing practice, I developed Poppy as a parallel project that explores how this language can live in domestic space through modular artworks, frames, boxes and light-based forms. While distinct in purpose, both practices are connected by a shared concern for tactility, restraint and the quiet intimacy of lived experience.

My work invites slow looking. It does not aim to explain, but to hold - offering space for personal association, reflection and familiarity.
